A dolphin tour is one of the most popular things to do in PCB. You can choose from one of many local outfitters to set off on a daytime, or evening sightseeing tour that explores St. Andrews Bay or the clear waters around Shell Island. You don't need to stay on the boat. For a truly memorable experience on the Gulf Coast, some excursions include snorkeling time.
The “Privateer”, is a 52 foot, U.S. Coast Guard Certified Catamaran that carries up to 78 passengers. Built in 2012, the “Privateer” Catamaran is one of the newest Catamarans in the United States and offers a large and spacious deck with plenty of covered seating for the hot summer days and outside seating for those that want to catch the perfect Panama City Beach Sunset!
You can swim with Panama City's wild bottle-nose dolphins on your trip in super-fast boats that are specially built for visiting and finding them. We are located on Panama City Beach near Seaside Beach, Rosemary Beach Santa Rosa, Destin and Mexico Beach & Cape San Blas, as well as all of South Walton FL 30A and Beaches.

We will take you into the water prior to the dolphins arrive. By doing this, dolphins are more likely than not to swim away to us to find us. Blue Dolphin Tours only has six passengers (children also included), as opposed to the larger tour boats that can carry 150 people. Blue Dolphin Tours can quickly have you in water with your snorkel gear, without having to splash or disrupt large groups of people. This often scares the dolphins. Five identical boats are available for larger groups. The new Large Family Blue Dolphin can carry up to 15 passengers. No pets allowed on boats.

The U.S. Coast Guard Certified Catamaran Catamaran 'Footloose' Catamaran is 40-foot long and can carry upto 38 passengers. The Footloose Catamaran accommodates more than 50 guests. You'll find a large deck and a sunning net at the boat’s front. You'll find one clean toilet on board. Two steps are available at the back to allow you to go snorkeling.
You can charter the entire boat and take a private 2-hour snorkeling and dolphin-spotting trip, or you can join other passengers on this adventure with one our Captains.

According to observations, dolphins go through daily cycles of activity that include socializing, traveling and feeding. Bottlenose dolphins are known for their social behavior. The peak hours for feeding are usually in the morning and afternoon.
Do not touch the dolphins. The dolphins will attempt to make physical contact with you if they feel the need. Touching one dolphin will cause them to leave the area. This not only affects dolphin behavior, but also causes irritation to other members of your group as everyone loses in the swim.
